In July 2021, Feimabin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for Shandong Port Qingdao Port Ship & Barge Company to build a new 5,200 horsepower hybrid tugboat intelligent integrated research and development project.

The newly built 5200-hp hybrid tugboat will be the first smart tugboat in Shandong Port and the first domestic hybrid smart tugboat based on the "Smart Ship Specification" (2020). Based on the "Haijing" intelligent system (a self-developed integrated solution for intelligent ship information systems), Pegasus will cooperate with Qingdao Port Group to build intelligent systems for tugboats such as intelligent cabins, intelligent energy efficiency, intelligent navigation, intelligent platforms, and information security.
